Dr Borau is phenomenal. Great diagnosis, remediation plan, and a lot of patience. She takes time to understand, address many detailed questions in depth and design a treatment plan that works well long term. Very insightful and highly recommend.
This clinic is poorly organized; the nurse has made a bunch of mistakes from not sending blood test requisitions correctly to the blood testing center, to misspelling my son's name resulting in us not being able to log into their system to look for said blood test requisition. We arrived for the blood test appointment only to be told that the blood test center never received any blood test requisition from this clinic. Had to make a series of calls (with long wait times) to get them to fax the test requisition after 2 trips ... read more
