Called and left a message to try to set up appt but no response. Prefer now not to go to someone who doesn’t even have the manners to return a call. Very unprofessional.
Nicole Anthony is an excellent therapist. She is trauma focused and has helped me tremendously. I’ve been working with her a short time and she has seen me through some rough patches. I recommend her to anyone with trauma issues as there are not many therapist of her caliber in or around the Lehigh Valley who can help with trauma.
Reached out about a month ago and sent two emails and left a voicemail to hopefully start getting some counseling here, but they must be out of business because the only response I ever got was two automated emails that stated she would be out of her office until a date that had already passed by over a week. It's pretty sad that when someone tries to get help for themselves they get ignored.
