Nicole was not our agent but the listing agent for a property we were fully prepared to lease. Unfortunately, our interaction with her wasn’t the best. It left much to be desired. It felt as if we weren’t even present. I attempted to mention concerns about the condition of things left in the basement, but she gave no response or recognition.
