My partner and I first encountered Nico at a house that he was showing. Seeing that the house didn’t meet our needs, he immediately offered to help us shop for a place and within just a handful of house tours we found the house we wanted. Nico helped make the entire process much less stressful, and we truly felt as though we had not just a realtor but an advocate. And, all of this was done with a great level of exuberance and enthusiasm.

Nicolas was our agent for our first home purchase. He led us through a very difficult transaction. The seller was difficult with concessions and communication. We had a break in during the sale and he worked with us to fix up the yard, get new locks installed, and even mowed the yard while we were working on the fence.
