Dr. Robinson, his entire team, are first class. I never felt rushed during my appointments. His staff was always super timely responding to my chart messages. Surgery went as he described. Sadly, having a positive customer service experience becomes less and less often. Not the case here!!
I would just like to say that when I started my journey with my colonoscopy doctor-June 2023 who then referred me to Dr.Robinson with Novant in Clemmons NC I could not have asked for any better care than what I experienced an received!! Dr. Robinson an his office staff along with his surgical care team were Fantastic!! He cared for me as a patient each time I met or spoke with him on the phone. He made sure that I was well taken care of. Recovery has been great! I would recommend anyone reading this that is in need of a surg... read more
