Nick is great! We are a local lender in West Bloomfield and we closed our last deal for our mutual client in 20 days! Nick was able to help our client save over 10K between purchase price and post inspection negotiations!! Highly recommend him for all your purchase/selling needs! He is one of the best for sure!
As a first time home buyer, Nick was an awesome resource. Would recommend him to anyone, first time or not. Nick has a great knowledge of the area (I bought in Royal Oak), and was able to provide a ton of information for me to digest throughout the process. Nick was also super flexible with timing for showings, walk-through, closing, etc.
