I called this office for a CBCT scan. I asked for the scan specifically for sending them to overseas dentists. They provided me with a USB drive with Viewer only files that couldn't be open without proper software. When I called the office manager Collette to ask for the right format files .DICOM Raw (.dcm files ) she didn't understand what these files are even though these are used in these type of file transfers. More appropriate. Dr. Josef M e n g e l e (aka Nicolas), wouldn't listen to me about my concerns. While doing invisalign I woke up and took out the bottom aligner and my front bottom teeth were crushed together causing me terrorizing pain. M E N G E L E Orthodontics uses toutrure and then says to his staff after inflicting horrofying pain CLOSE HIS CASE OUT. He absolutely couldn't care less. Dr. Menashe is an exemplary professional. It is rare to find a health care provider that is so amazing. She is an extremely knowledgeable orthodontist. She listens, and never rushes. She truly cares about her patients. She provides medical/orthodontic treatment advice that promotes safety and success with post- orthodontic continued care treatment.
