Just wanted to show the appreciation for Suzette at this office as she goes way above expected service for a medical practice. I would give 5 stars but Orlando Health still has a LOT of issues with their contact center, emails etc. Thank you for all you do Suzette.
Had to take my elderly mother to the emergency room to refill a prescription because they refused to do it themselves - this is a routine medication for her condition that they had just recently stopped as a trial run, nothing special. It takes weeks to see this doctor so if you need consistent care look else where.
Great wonderful doctor I wish I would give him a 5 stars but definitely 0 for customer service. He has a lady in his staff that's extremely rude. It's crazy such people are allowed to do customer service with that kinda attitude.
