Nicolas was hands down the best we could’ve asked for when purchasing our home. He was very patient and understanding with us, but when a certain situation occurred with the first house we were contracted with, he didn’t hesitate to fight for us to ensure we got the home that we wanted, versus settling for a home that didn’t suit us. He is the ONLY one we will ever go through in the event we end up purchasing another home in the future, and we will definitely be sending anyone we know his way!
