I have employed the Nicolai Law Firm to guide me through my situation of being a Senior, and being asked to move out of my apartment of 40 years. Adam has pointed out my legal course of action that is available to me and has created a letter for the past owner and New owner of the property, letting them know I am aware of my rights, and also that I have no intention of slowing down, or causing them any undue problems with exiting the property.
When we spoke with Adam, we felt like we were finally being heard. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be using him again soon and will recommend him to family and friends.
