Dr Nicola is the most arrogant person I've ever met. He dismissed my pain completely, didn't believe me, and actually said "you're only 46, you shouldn't have a frozen shoulder" . He told me physical therapy was a waste of time, that it should have corrected the problem already (IF I in fact had a frozen shoulder) He was so rude, and when I tried to explain how my shoulder became frozen, he said "I don't want to argue with you" . I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular.
