This doctor is a very rude doctor. Don’t care about his patience. His staff don’t answer the phone. He says it because they’re busy, but this is a place of business you make an appointment. You should be able to speak to someone within eight hours. You leave a message they do not call you back And then how do they expect for you to keep your appointments if they don’t even answer the phone I would never recommend this doctor or this establishment. They wasted my time and I don’t appreciate it.
My friend goes to this clinic Let me start off by saying that Dr. N. Abate is an AWESOME endocrinologist we love him But let's talk about that office staff though My friend is in a medicine program that requires him to pick up his medicine at the Baytown Area Metabolic Health clinic we called to see if the medicine had come (because he didn't have any more) to the office someone answering the phone told me the medicine isn't there and I needed to call Sanofi to see why the medicine didn't come in she even gave me the number ... read more
