Dr. Nicola London was amazing! She was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly appreciated her patience and professionalism. I highly recommend her!
As a new patient I had a really good experience from checking in to my appointment with Dr. London. Everything she did was explained to me during my examination.
Negative side: I’m a new patient, and I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. The staff didn’t inform me that the provider was running late, and I had to ask 20-30 minutes after my appointment time to find out. I understand a 5-10 minute delay, but a 20-30 minute delay is concerning. As a Medstar employee, I know that when our providers run behind, we inform the patients and apologize for the delay.
