This one star is for the disrespectful and careless staff that answered the phone, also for messing up the delivery and ruining a surprise delivery. Half of the purchase was delivered and when called to ask about it, I was told if I could wait 3 days for the rest of the delivery.. Absolute nonsense. I hope you fix some of your customer service issues. You do a great job ( based on reviews) but most of the bad reviews are based on your customer services.
First time ordering from Nicol Florist. I was not sure what to order for a sympathy arrangement and very pleased with what was sent. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement had a calming feel to it.
