I am a mortgage lender and am the "Preferred Lender" for a builder in Niceville, FL. Nico recently represented some Veterans in the purchase of one of these new homes built by Tidwell Homes. As the Preferred Lender, I see a lot of buyer's agents come though, and Nico did a fantastic job representing his clients! I appreciated that he was on top of things, checking in on behalf of his clients. I'd be happy to see him represent more buyers in this development!
