The team is very lovely
It's a nice, clean, livable space, but what makes Nico Apartments stand out for me is the staff. From the timely maintenance crew to the knowledgeable, helpful, and kind office staff, everyone goes above and beyond. They're truly the team of your dreams!
Rented a unit with them for the last 2 years and have had a pleasant experience. Phenomenal management by staff especially Esha, Dina and Brooklyn. Property is kept clean and maintained well, I don’t have any complaints. Good amenities too!
I've had a really positive experience working with the team here, especially Brooklyn, Esha, and Dina. Like any apartment community, there have been a few challenges along the way, parking was definitely one of them, but what stood out to me was how much effort the staff put into finding solutions and following through on what they said they would do.
