My fiance and I lived at Nico apartments for 2 years and wanted to share our experience! Ruby, our incredible property manager, is an absolute rockstar. Questions? Concerns? I've lived here for 3 years as a graduate student, and this is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Also, I wasn't asked to write this review. I'm writing because I've simply enjoyed living here so much! I live on the second floor, which is part of the original building. It seems that it's well constructed because I never hear my neighbors except for the rare item dropping upstairs. My unit on the second floor has almost ceiling to floor windows, which allows for a nice view but can cause big temperature changes in... read more
I have lived here for 6 months now and have had a great experience so far. The building is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. Ruby and the maintenance team are always on top of things! Honestly the most attentive property management I have ever worked with. Thanks you guys!!

I have been living at Nico Apartments for almost 3 years, and my experience has been excellent. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to live.
