Niklas was very professional and showed up when he said he would. He took care of my system that was not cooling and needed cleaning within 30 minutes. His prices are very reasonable. I asked him about getting a new system and his prices beat anybody that I've ever spoken with so far. He is reliable and gives excellent customer service and I will definitely be using him for all of my future HVAC heating and AC needs in the future 😊. I am so glad that we found Niklas heating and air.

I had a great experience. I got a phone call from Niclas to let me know that the technician was on his way. He was very friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. I received fast and efficient service. I got my thermostat replaced which was over 20 years old. I would highly recommend this company if need anything done.

Tamar was amazing he was here with in an hour of my call and fixed everything in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend. And it didn't cost me and arm and a leg..

Would definitely NOT recommend!!! I had Niclas come out in the summer due to my air not working only my heating was blowing out. He fixed the air but now its winter and when I turn on my heat, which was working fine before, I realize it doesn’t work. It only blows out cold air! I contacted him about checking his work. He told me I had to submit another claim, which will cost me more money. I asked about his Warrenty on his work. He tells me its not his responsibility any more and that I should have called back during the sum... read more
