I just want to share what a wonderful experience it was for my wife and I staying at Nikki's resort. First the staff was excellent we had a television problem we called the number. And the gentleman was here to solve the problem in 10 minutes. Can't say enough about how clean the rooms were how comfortable the bed was and how great the location was to the Rocky mountain national Park. I would highly recommend Nikki's resort to all of our family and friends.
The room was infested with bed bugs. We stayed one night but paid for two. Management said they would give us a full refund but they did not. We had to throw all our luggage away. We also struggled with being covered in bites and have anxiety about having brought them home.
Absolutely disgusting rooms, carpet and pillow was so dirty.
