No onsite service, no front desk or management if you have a problem (backedup toilet) booking site said there was a pool but appears the pool hasn't been open in many years. Not the worst place to stay, but will not choose to return.
Very nice cabin decor in the rooms, however the room is too small for two beds. Both were against the wall on the opposite side so that you have to crawl out of the bed at the end if you are the lucky one to sleep on that side of the bed. If there is only one bed in the room it would be great. I love staying here but it doesn’t work too well with two beds 😞Great staff but everything is done by text or email. Quite rooms set back off the road which minimizes road noise, no doors slamming in hallways….a great place to explore RMNP from! Close and convenient to anything needed!
The key box didn't work. We reached hotel around 1am. They gave us a code to the key box but it was not working because it ws out of battery. I tried calling them but they didn't receive. It kept going to voice mail. After an hour of waiting and trying and calling, I had to call booking.com and they called the property. Finally after 2 hours the property management came to help us. We had a long flight and it was a lot of inconvenience.
JULY- The Cabin was quiet, wonderful with comfortable beds and pillows.Could use some new living room chairs, broke and flaking upholstery. Decorated rustic with updated rooms/bathroom. Great location, miles from MRNF and close to town. Fun activities for kids. Not sure why says no restaurant..There's Wapiti on premises with good food $$ on the river.
