Big Thank You Your company employees did a wonderful job especially with my larger pieces of furniture,entertainment center,desk etc from ne phila to horsham .They were friendly & willing to to do whatever was asked of them .Everthing arrived safely at my new home.Thanks also to Michelle and the office personnel for their courteousness on the phone.I will recommend to all my friends and others.

Will I Refer You Bet! Over ten years running as a customer My experience with Nicky's with storage and periodic moving some items. all my antiques furnishing at their facilities have always been handled with the best possible care.Any request we had for account changes or service never a problem .

No-stress move This was my second time to use Nicky's to move some of my mother's belongings to/from an assisted living facility. I have been impressed both times with the promptness and courteousness of the movers. In fact, they were early both times! And, they were able to move us on very short notice both times. I will certainly call them again.

Frustrating. Great prior to the sale, really bad after the move. Lee was my primary contact throughout, pleasant but tedious and repetitive, felt like I had to repeat things in spite of the detailed email that was sent more than once. Guys that moved me were nice and quick, a bit too quick, which is likely why I had damaged furniture I had to have fixed myself since there was zero response to my messages and emails. Great experience The men who came to the house were professional, courteous, and took good care of the furniture. We had to keep many items in storage for a year and when it came time to look at and remove the contents, they were very accomodating in preparing the storage bins and then moving things out. Any time I had to call, they were very friendly and helpful. 31473

Disatisified Customer I had Nicky's Moving and Storage move/store items for me. I too experienced the back and forth phone conversations with them they day of my move to confirm the number of movers that were required for my job althought this had been discussed prior to my moving date.

Nightmare Showed up an hour late. Spent the first 45 minutes going over an estimate, back and fourth phone calls, and doing 3rd grade math on a cell phone. I had 12 pieces of furniture to move, all already disassembled and ready to go. My card was charged 100 dollars over what the final price was. The best was when they sat in their truck for a half hour before leaving for the new house. When I got out to ask what the hell they were doing I was told, "I don't know where my partner went". My movers did a good job I had Nicky's Moving move a bedroom set for my mother. They was nice on the phone to me and in person to my mother she said the movers did a good job.
