I love Nicky's. I have so many great memories going there Wednesday's night with my son walking around looking at the old cars. One of my favorite memories from Nicky's happened this summer. My son join the Army & been living in Alaska for the past 3yrs. So I haven't been on cruising night since he left. So this summer I decided to take my nephews. I have been coming to Nicky's since 1961, must say it's getting better with age, the employees love the place the owners care so very much for quality and care. Thanks so much for a great place.
The food was very good (as was the coffee)! The wait staff was pleasant and entertaining. It was a great start to our day!
Newer wait staff tend to argue when u tell them food isn't right......who new for 60 years I thought I knew what over med eggs were. ......another night wife ordered salad with lemon wedges instead of dressing and ask for hard boiled egg with it ...... Waitress said the egg came with it but she still charged us $1.50 for the egg........ Made an attempt to reach out to owner before writing this but she told me she was BUSY and had no time....... Yet her husband cane in and sat with a couple right next to us and ignored us
Service was really friendly. The blueberry pancakes were delicious.
