Do not buy a vehicle from these people unless you want to get ripped off, my 17 year old son bought a car from them a few months back, on the way back the engine light went on, I called Nicky’s and they recommended to bring it to a auto shop for diagnosis. It was a blown turbo with a bill of $2000, I called back nickys auto and told me they are not going to pay for this part. All they wanted to do was give us $500 and that’s it. I never write a review for a business but this time I HAD to! This is the best service I ever got walking into a business. They took care of the whole vehicle I was buying. They made sure my brakes, oil and oil filter were good to go. They took care of some rust spots that bothered me when checking out the car and they even took the time to go and get me the plates for my vehicle all of these services for only a small fee. Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Nicky's Auto Sales. I just had a great buying experience with them. I saw their online advertisement of a Dodge Grand Caravan, which was the vehicle I was looking for. The price was good, so I went in to see it. The sales staff of Boudy and George were great, and easy to deal with, they gave me a great deal, certified and licensed the vehicle. Do not buy anything from this place! The owner, George, is not trustworthy. He promised to fix an alignment issue within a certain mileage, but failed to follow through. Be careful—he does not keep his word!!!
I am writing this review after a few months since I bought my car from Nicky’s auto. I bought a 2017 BMW X1. A week after buying it had a check engine light and some other issues. When you are buying a used car it can never be perfect and I don’t fault the dealership for this. I am recommending this dealership because of how they handled what was within their control.
