I can't speak of his expertise in plumbing, but I can speak as to his professionalism. This guy makes appointments, and then just doesn't show up, or even bother to call and let you know he won't be there. We had an emergency plumbimg issue, and made an appointment, and he never showed. He then lied right to us saying that he never said he was coming. He then tried to make another appointment with us and we told him 'no thanks'. We were without water for 3 days because of his inattentiveness to his customers. Avoid this man!
We had used Nick's Plumbing in the past with great results. We contacted him again to do work on a rental property. He was to contact us with a date, he did not. We called and left message, no return call. We called again, and spoke with Art. We stated that we were dissappointed with the lack of follow through, and told him we needed someone we could count on for our rental properties. He told us that it would be better to find someone else, he was too busy. Our rental property had flooding due to lack of timely response.
