It was a bad experience because the manager was very rude and unprofessional and the photographer did not tell what to do so the photo came out bad. Also the guy let my son take a picture with glasses when they knew you can't do that and we had to pay it again in full and the guy lied too.
The manager is awful and she doesn't know how to talk to anyone. He charged a 12 year old double because he didn't tell them they can't have the glasses off and lied. He started like a E and lied about it. She stood their and yapped

Yesterday, I took my son to your facility after receiving a call that his school referred him for yearbook photos. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, they laughed at me regarding my appearance, which was both disrespectful and unacceptable.
