She cancelled my order due to another person having reservations for tomorrow to rent the truck. She felt I wouldn’t return the truck in time for the next customer.
Very clean place to store your items. No last-minute price hikes. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend
Don't rent from these people. The elderly "lady" working the desk tried to rent my reserved truck to another customer while I was in the office to pick it up. She finally called someone and lied that she had tried to contact me regarding my reservation. She was incredibly rude to the walk-in customer and me both. The other customer decided to leave and the "lady" said I guess you can have it.
I needed a Uhaul to move. I wanted to rent the large cargo. They were the only one that had one close by. Thank You
