I've gone there for years and have never had a bad experience. Their prices are very reasonable and I am treated like family. Such a nice place.

Every time I have talked to Alice she has been kind, attentive, and answered every question I had. I am shopping around to get a custom ring made for my fiancé for his wedding band and would rather go to a family shop than a place that I know wouldn't use the gold provided. Side note: my friends got their wedding sets there and they are simply stunning! I'm exited to see what they can do for my fiancé and me.

I just called Nick's Jewelry and asked if they had a website I can look at and she responded rudely that she didn't and demanded to know why I was asking. I told her I wanted to see previous engagement rings she had made and I can see how they compared to the quality of a large jewelry store chain. She suggested I just come into the store but I explained to her I couldn't because I live on the other side of the country and I was planning on paying for the ring and having it mailed to me.
