Hi this is Gloria. My husband and I use to eat in Nick's a lot (every Sunday after church). I coined the term use to because after eating there on Friday we will never go back. I have never experienced anything like that before. Hopefully restaurant managers and owners will grasp this advice. First of all, new waitresses need to be trained. Second, they need to know that disgruntle customers leave bad tips or don't tip a all.
