This guy is so nice. Not the condescending talk I get from the shop next door. Real service from someone who understands that not everyone knows everything about bikes. He doesn't take advantage, and charges an honest price for honest work.. ...Shop down the road wanted $20 to tighten a wheel, Nick did it free. I wasted so much of his time and only spent $15 however he will be doing all my repairs, and I will be buying from Nick from here on out.
I love this place. I came in hardly knowing anything about bikes, and was educated while finding just the right bike for me. These guys are not pushy salesmen, and will really take care of you! Everyone on the team there is great! I've been in countless times, and the service is always the same. These guys go above and beyond!
Met Nick at the home show last weekend in Burlington. Ended up finding a giant hybrid bike and he held it for me until Monday. He also did a tune up on my husbands bike and it is so much easier to ride and shift. They brought it out and we didn't even recognize his bike. Awesome prices, selection and customer service. Check out this amazing shop- you won't be sorry! Thanks again Nick!

The guys at Nick's are super knowledgable and very helpful. Nick really helped me in a pinch when I needed some help moving some exercise equipment out of my basement on short notice also. Highly recommend.
I took my bike (in that was purchased from a competitor) they were so nice ! Put it on a trainer and told me my options in trying to make a poorly fitted bike work.... I haven't decided what I'm doing yet, but it will be at Nick's!
