This was first time at Nick's. I came with a large group (50+) that had been to the Pensacola Little Theater. We were seated on our arrival, the wait staff were johnny on the spot with drink order and shortly after our meal orders. We were amazed on how quickly the meal were placed. The food was outstanding. 5 Stars for sure. I'll be back.
We eat at Nicks all the time! I've never had bad service or food! Love the atmosphere, people and food!! ���
It took over 15 minutes to get seated. They where not crowded. The view was great and the establishment was clean. The food however was just so-so. The Shrimp where cooked to the point of being rubbery. I asked what type grouper was in the dish I wanted to order. Was told that it came from a well known fish market just down the road. They however could not locate the box the grouper had been packaged in, hmmm. Thus they were unsure as to what type grouper it was. Took a chance and ordered anyway. The quality and quantity of the food is out standing. A party of 10 went there and not one person dislike the food. It would be one of the top restaurants to eat in Pensacola. No one got the same dish and all were great. Looking forward to my next visit 2 Nick's Boathouse. Truthfully it is above a number 5 rating. Go and enjoy some great food.

This is a nice restaurant tucked away by the ball park. The restaurant is comfortable, the decor is great and the view from the back is subtle but relaxing. The servers were pleasant and attentive. The food was good but a little heavy on the oil and cream based sauces. We like tasting the fish � and oysters and the sauces were just a tad bit overpowering. Overall a nice spot for drinks and atmosphere.
With a dinner party of 10, our monthly dinner club. Server was awesome, prompt and friendly. My steak was just right. Everyone was very pleased with their food. It was a place we will return to for sure.
Took my Mother to Nicks yesterday. First time we had been there. We sat outside and it was gorgeous. Our server Phil was awesome. Food came out quickly and he responded to our requests quickly and pleasantly! Loved the experience! Also, the beautiful (and polite) cat stopped by an let me scratch it's head-bonus!!
