For over 2 months had a coolant leak. NIck's staff performed a coolant pressure test. The radiator cap may have been the cause of the leak; it was replaced.
Always get treated like a friend. Nick is a realist. He'll tell you what's critical and what you can live without on an aging Volvo. Never a hard sell on maintenance items that can wait - but he catches everything.
Edited 11/18/2025 Taking my vehicle back again as the part replaced failed this experience has gone from bad to worse. Inconvenient and discovering they are using sub-par parts makes this even worse. Not using Volvo parts - using substandard unmarked Chinese parts!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had for my 2017 XC90.
