they BROKE our stove... had to buy new – Called Nicks Appliance to fix my glass top stove because one of the knobs wouldn't turn off the burner. The repairman BROKE the glass top rendering it completely useless. They attempted to replace the glass (after a month waiting for the part) and broke the glass top AGAIN. After breaking our stove twice they refused to fix it and refused to give us any compensation.
