I highly recommend Nickolas Realty for both Property Management and buying and selling. I first leased my house in Pomona. Melissa did an excellent job screening and finding a qualified renter. During the lease period she kept me informed regularly. I decided to sell a year later. Melissa did an excellent job of nailing the right asking price.
