I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received at Nickol Bay Dental. After having a very concerning experience at another dental clinic where I was told I urgently needed a root canal on a tooth that had absolutely minimal pain, I decided to get a second opinion. Just asked for help and not really HELPED .. money seems to be there p objective.
Used to be the best in town but last time I went was sub-par. Went just for check up and to get a sharp corner taken off a tooth. Before i knew it X-rays were being taken and anestheic was given. When I was asked what for, she said that the filling was going to he replaced. I asked why as she just told me the filling was structurally fine. After an unsatisfactory answer, we did not go ahead with the filling. Shanaye was amazing. I saw her yesterday for a check up and went back today for my 3 year old daughters appointment. Shanaye made the experience so fun my daughter didn't want to leave. Reception staff were great also :)
