told me 600 Dollars then changed his mine and said 2000. He doesn't Honor his word and will change his mind. :(
Nick came out to do a foundation inspection but we don’t really feel like we got any value out of it. He didn’t really listen to what we were trying to say and didn’t really explain to us what was going on with the home. He was in and out very quickly. I recommend hiring another company if you are looking to have a foundation inspection and want someone to actually go over everything with you.
Well, I had my home inspected by 3 foundation companies and they all suggested different things. I had Nick from Nick Manesh Engineering to perform an inspection. His experience is what caught me and i am glad after he inspected then i realized I don’t need anything and those companies were just suggesting to rip me off. Will suggest him for sureeeee
