Nicklin Community has a terrible way of managing complaints. I have made a complaint about 3 months back about the front gate being broken along with the rear gate and still have not done anything to fix it. It has now been over a year that it’s been broken and I have never seen anyone working on fixing it. The first time I made a complaint was due to my car that was in my driveway being broken into, not just once but TWICE ! I have had a terrible experience with filing any sort of complaint with the business. I have lived in the Harmony location and loved the the community was safe with the community gate but has been broken for the past year. I have contacted Amanda miles, sent her emails and stated they are working on it and the gate still continues to be broken. Hi Irene, we are sorry it has taken so long for the gates to be repaired at Harmony HOA. While certain circumstances are unavoidable and can sometimes prolong the repairs, we always strive to get repairs done within a reasonable amount of time. There are complexities Harmony has experienced that have prolonged the process, however, it is all in the Board and Management's fiduciary effort to stay compliant with the bid process and best interest of the association.
