Dr Nickles and his team are kind and compassionate.From the moment you are greeted at the front desk until you have finished your appointment it is a pleasant experience every time.As a patient of Dr Nickles i feel so blessed to be a client of this office.God has hand picked this team to work together and to share thier gifts with us.Anyone who comes to Dr Nickles will be blessed as well.
If I could leave a zero star I would .This place is so unprofessional I walk in for my appointment . I proceed to sign in. At the desk are not one but two ladies. First one a white lady brown hair in a bun second one light skin African-American with freckles..Great..neither one looks up to even being to greet me. Awesome first impression for me being a new patient.So I sign the clipboard still no acknowledgement or greeting. Make the wait time respectable. No one should wait 1:15 hours for an impression. Never really had time to talk too dr. Nichols.. I have pain on a root canal that waa done aboit a year ago and really need further explaination. If i am a patient that expects too pay for care i need more time to talk about my situation. After 20 years of being a patient i feel i am a burdend. Not happy right now.
Dr. Nichols is very attentive to his patients needs.
