Dr. Hess is always very friendly and listens to every issue I have to discuss. He's very thorough and follows up on previous issues at every visit. By far my favorite primary care physician I have ever had.
First time to meet Dr. Hess. Never felt so at ease talking with Dr. Very patient and knowledgeable of symptoms and so helpful with not only medication, but doable diet changes. Look forward to being one of Dr's patients.
