I’ve been bringing my children to this practice since my youngest was a new born. Even with our primary pediatrician’s recent retirement, I still feel very confident with them. From the responsive front desk staff, the kind nurses (including one particular nurse who my kids adore), to the pediatricians, our experiences have been very positive. I feel respected and get the answers I’m seeking. I highly recommend this practice.
I highly recommend it; it is the best medical care I have found for my children. The staff are very professional, ethical, and courteous, and they are extremely punctual with appointments—they never keep you waiting. Furthermore, they accommodate your preferred language. My, by then 7 year old daughter, had a horrible experience at a previous hospital where she was pinned down to the bed, abruptly by 4 adults to hold her down for a rabies vaccine. I was not notified that this was going to happen. That whole scene caused her a traumatic experience that she still remembers. The other day we went to visit the Nicklaus Children in Weston and my daughter started to panic at the time the nurse entered the room with the vaccines in hand.
