Worst experience in a hospital. Very bad attention. Brought baby with very high fever, after brought inside and given a room. Waited an hour to see a doctor. Nurses never came to check on baby I had to request for them to do something. Shame this is a children’s hospital.
This place is clean but the staff is just horrible. Stay away if you can, had an appointment for 2pm came in at 1:45 to ensure we were early took them 2 hours to see my daughter am with no explanation, no way to get water no answers nothing. If I had the option of 0 stars that’s what this place would get
Be aware, this site will bill your insurance as Outpatient Facilities, even if you get Urgent Care services, they bill as Outpatient, which means you may need to pay 416 for something that can be cover in any other Urgent Care.
Only location that has urgent care closed; drove here for nothing.
The medical care was excellent, very fast set up and check in. I had zero waiting time. I was prescribed medication for a fungal infection and this morning appears to be working.
