I unfortunately had to visit while on vacation in Florida Coming from NY (and in the healthcare field / emergency room setting), I was very nervous what to expect at a place not known to me The Nicklaus Children’s Urgent care exceeded my expectations from the time of registration until the time of discharge they were clean, professional and efficient If I ever find myself in the position of needing to return (hopefully not) it will be back here
Thank God for a local children's urgent care with x-rays for kids that accepts many insurances. The staff was so kind and caring. After a fall on the playground, we were quickly given peace of mind knowing our child was okay. My child was able to watch TV while waiting and was then so excited to pick a prize afterwards too.
Everyone was really nice and the doctor was thorough with the examination.
I took my daughter to the walk in over the weekend and the team there was so awesome. Check in was quick and easy, the nurse Rose was so sweet to my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. Dr. Parker was awesome and very thorough with all the instructions and plan of care for my daughter. Would highly recommend!
Great staff and facilities! The hospitality, attention to detail and medical care were superb! We are very fortunate to have a wonderful pediatric service that is welcoming and accessible to out of staters
