George was very caring and patient. My kid felt so comfortable with him! He’s great!
I was there last Thursday night around 8, and I have to say that the cleanliness was great. The cleaning lady was constantly up and down the hallways and rooms. Bathroom was spotless. Staff was just over all friendly. Thank you.
Nicklaus Miami Lakes employs an occupational therapist by the name of Jennifer Veltre, who records patients on her private device and shares the content with personal friends violating HIPAA law. This type of behavior is appalling to say the least. This child’s parents should know that their child was recorded without their consent and that their child’s video was sent to personal friend/friends of the therapist. A complaint has been filed with Nicklaus, and action has not been taken.
Por años voy al Nicklaus principal con mis niños …pero el urgent care de Miami lakes es como si no formara parte del hospital ..el urgent care vacío y hora y media esperando a un Doctor lo unico que se escucha son las enfermeras hablado de todos sus asuntos personales y viendo sus celulares …una atención demasiado mediocre nada parecido y luego de esperar casi dos horas llega la Dra y no explica nada van a casa las indicaciones ahí…de verdad que repito por años he ido a varios urgent care y al hospital y nada nada comparado ... read more
