My experience at this Third World country Children’s Urgent Care in Miami Lakes was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was disorganized, inattentive, and unprofessional. The wait times were outrageous despite the place not being full, and no one offered updates or showed any urgency—especially considering this is supposed to be a children’s care center. I’m only putting 3 stars because of the nurses and staff were so sweet and patient but to the doctor that treated my son I would give NO stars. Dr. Alicia Serrano was rude, no bedside manner whatsoever ever, inconsiderate and quick to dismiss us. She came into the room sat down on the stretcher and when my son went to sit down next to her so she could use her stethoscope on him she told him no get down and stand still in front of her, my son is autistic & hes very jittery she told him “You need to stop moving” in a rude tone... read more

I have visited this institution about 3 times now. I have always been pleased with the attention we have received so far, until today. This review is solely based on the experience from today. I visited the urgent care center last night due to my son's pediatrician being out of town for a convention for 1 week. The visit went perfect as usual. My son was prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen for the fever. When I went to pick up the medicines at around midnight I found the prescription for ibuprofen was not sent electronicall... read more
Ya hemos tenido varios problemas con este centro, incluyendo LA NEGACION DE ATENDER A MI HIJO AUTISTA POR PARTE DE UNA TERAPEUTA DE FEEDING, e tiempo de espera es demasiado "4 hrs y la atencion del personal NO es para nada comprensible , son muy indiferentes.
