Their customer service was terrible. On the phone communication was a painful and dragged out affair with basic requests and explanations not being understood by the representative on the hospital end. The end of the call could not come soon enough.

The most amazing experience with the best of the best Dr. Utset-Ward literally God sent! All the nurses were really amazing, made our very scary hospital visit a breeze! I couldn’t thank them anymore for such an amazing service, surgery, and care! Amazing hospital!!!! God bless you all.
