UPDATE: Email is the best way to get a response from the billing office after a month. This visit reinforced how dishonest and misleading Orthopedics Nicklaus Children's system is. BEWARE because if you choose to acquire their services, they will bill additional services that were never provided and there is NOTHING you can do about it. UPDATE: I have called and emailed and waited on hold on the phone for hours with still no response in regards to erroneous and incorrect billing ! The staff is pleasant but ideally what matters most is the knowledge and expertise to care for your family. Again we have had poor medical knowledge, poor expertise, poor ability to appropriately diagnose concerns. Ironically this was a "specialist " visit. It is easy to order additional tests and MRIs and repeat visits but at the end of the day when you see a specialist, it is their medical knowledge and expertise you require and once again we were deceived. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialty Care Center. After a very disappointing experience at the main hospital, this visit was incredibly refreshing and truly exceeded all expectations. Yesenia Souza was absolutely phenomenal.
