Very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond, definitely old time customer service that you don't find in many places anymore!
I have done a lot of business at parts counters all over the area. Nick and his partner (Mark, I think), are the most polite and helpful I have ever encountered. Nick takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and is consistent with follow-up calls for back ordered items. I went one day to pick up a shower/tub assembly when Mark happened to be by himself behind the counter at that point. Despite 3 others waiting for service, he took the time to help me load the tub and ensure that I was taken care of.
Knigge’s at the counter desk as well as the staff and sales people at splash are extremely helpful. Especially the salesman at the counter they do a great job.
