I stumbled onto this place looking for the one that used to be in this location. And I found a home! Nickie knows exactly how to cut my hair (and I’m picky!). Thank you for being there!
I always made a point to be polite and tip well whenever I visited this salon. Despite being a good faith customer, I was told never to return over a single scheduling misunderstanding, even though I faced a legitimate out-of-state emergency and called ahead to notify them. Ironically, I later received an automated email saying they "missed me" and asking me to book again. The owner is highly aggressive and appears entirely focused on revenue rather than client loyalty. Before pictures VS. after! Emily was such a genuinely refreshing and kind person to spend the morning with. This was my first experience ever at a salon, a “pick me up” during a difficult time. She was thorough on checking in with me before cutting or coloring just to make sure we were on the same page which I really appreciate! You can tell there’s real care behind her work.
