Nicki is a doll. I went with a lender that is widely shown on TV, and we requested a 30 day escrow. It became clear from the beginning that the lender was not going to make the 30 day deadline. Lots of excuses, and many reasons why they were NOT able to close in 30 days. Nicki was in daily contact with the lender, some times 3 or times a day.
