Nicki was a phenomenal realtor and helped me through the process purchasing a home in Florida when I was in Maine. She helped with all of the logistics and was even available to recommend contractors after the sale was complete. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
My wife and I relocated recently back to Tampa from Pennsylvania, and Nicki made that process so much smoother. She found properties that fit our wants and needs, and sent video of houses when we couldn’t be there to see for ourselves. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process and ensured we were happy with the property we chose. Her knowledge of Tampa Bay was a big asset to our family. We really enjoyed working with her, and are using her services to relocate my mother-in-law from Georgia. AMAZING!!
Nicki made the process of selling our previous home and buying our current house (under a short deadline) SO easy! She is a friendly, wealth of knowledge when it comes to the in's and out's of the market. We would definitely use Nicki again as a realtor.
In 2016 we were planning our move to San Francisco and Nicki was recommended to us.. All we knew was she was very good and very attentive. The recommendation was not wrong! Nicki listened to us, cemented our ideas of how to prepare our house and guided us through the stressful process of selling it. We couldn’t have done it without her!
