I do not recommend this salon. I've spent more in 2 months on my hair than I do in 2 years. I had to go back for a correction to the color and the second visit left me with a botched cut. The second stylist informed me the cut was included in the price, than charged me $60. I met with the owner to discuss my concerns and have reached out several times since to get resolution. It was my first time at Nicki and company. I have been going to Awaken Aveda for years. I came to Nicki and company due to a stylist named Kelley and her apprentice Lauren. Kelley is a phenomenal hair stylist and always does a fabulous job! She makes you feel right at ease and leaves you feeling refreshed and beautiful! Kirstie is amazing!! She has done updos for my daughter twice now, and both times were perfection! My daughter has hair past her butt and Kirstie is ready to take on the challenge every time!!
Maggie listened to me and gave me exactly the hair trim I wanted! Somehow she barely cut anything at all but perfectly shaped it! It was a magical touch. Also the salon is so CLEAN and bright and smelled great. I loved the atmosphere.
