I’d give zero stars if I could. I had the worst service here a while ago. I took time to think before posting this review as it is not a positive one. Alexis Finley (@luxe.by.lexx_) had canceled every one of my initial appointments. Out of 7 total appointments scheduled, I was only seen for 3, one was a consultation. Came here for the first time, Jasmin Gonzalez is AMAZING not just with hair but is a girls girl!! Recommend 10/10...
I do not recommend this salon. I've spent more in 2 months on my hair than I do in 2 years. I had to go back for a correction to the color and the second visit left me with a botched cut. The second stylist informed me the cut was included in the price, than charged me $60. I met with the owner to discuss my concerns and have reached out several times since to get resolution. All responses have been ignored to date. So $600 later, and I've had to wear my hair on a ponytail b cause I am too embarrassed of the finished product... read more
It was my first time at Nicki and company. I have been going to Awaken Aveda for years. I came to Nicki and company due to a stylist named Kelley and her apprentice Lauren. Kelley is a phenomenal hair stylist and always does a fabulous job! She makes you feel right at ease and leaves you feeling refreshed and beautiful!
