I have been seeing her for 6 months at Palm Medical Center and by far the best PCP and the whole office) I have seen in many years ... She actually listened and got me the specialist that I have needed and best of all she got me the wheelchair I needed to get out and about to spend time out with my family and grandkids... I know they are very busy and have a lot of patients but She has been very personable every time and I don't feel like a number I actually feel like a patient and I have a lot of health issues... Dr. Murphy is very professional and attentive. She listens to me and ALWAYS provide best options for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Murphy for over 5 years and will follow her wherever she go in order to be provided the best services.
Very kind and warm spirited... Also very thorough and always available to answer any or all questions. I am more than satisfied with Dr. Murphy- I wish that there were more medical professionals with her demeanor.. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.
The level of frustration with being a patient of this practice is unbelievable. I have tried to stay since I was with Dr. Scudder for so long and finding a new physician is a process I had wanted to avoid. However, I will not be dealing with this practice any longer. The level of concern and urgency that you feel when you request something is at a level that truly shows that you are not important to them.
