Dr. O' Coyne is very attentive and efficient. After personally, having experienced so many Physicians treating various family members and friends in last 3 and half years. As a former patient, it is my opinion that Nickey Ray O'Coyne Jr. is a lousy doctor with an obnoxious personality. O'Coyne talked over, interrupted, and ignored me. He dismissed the importance of my symptoms to me and rolled his eyes and smiled at inappropriate times as I described them. "The American Medical Association says lacking empathy and thinking poorly of patients is a hallmark of provider burnout. Rates peaked at 62.8% in 2021, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
